Upon final payment, ownership of the delivered website, app, or software transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licenses, stock assets, or tools used in its creation.
Error Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, apps, or software, to the extent permitted by law.
